This isn't a cold pitch. Tamany and Coffee & Contracts first talked about collaborating in March 2023. C&C said yes then, and the timing wasn't right to build it properly.

In the years since, The Simple Touches has continued sending agents toward C&C with no formal arrangement, because the philosophies have always aligned. This is the formal version of a partnership that has been working informally for three years.

A community member approached Tamany with an urgent advocacy campaign: a wrongful death case with a legal filing deadline. In partnership with the family, a single content campaign drove 22,000+ views, generated enough direct action from the audience to prompt a district attorney to recuse herself from the case, attracted local and national media attention, and ultimately contributed to two arrests and criminal indictments on tampering with evidence charges.

This was not a paid campaign. It demonstrates what this audience does when a call to action is clear. For a Coffee & Contracts affiliate link CTA, the mechanism is identical.

An AI listing-photo and reel-edit tool for realtors, promoted across multiple reels using the same content stack proposed here: Reel + Email + ManyChat DM flow. Conversions documented in the partner's FirstPromoter dashboard at the affiliate's 50% commission rate. Stopped promoting when the brand's conduct stopped meeting TST standards. Worth noting for Coffee & Contracts: these were one-time payments capped at $149. A recurring membership model compounds the same conversion mechanics into ongoing MRR.
What this means for Coffee & Contracts: The conversion mechanism is proven, not theoretical. The audience pays for marketing tools when the recommendation comes from Tamany. With C&C the fit question is already answered: Tamany has been organically sending agents to the membership since 2023.

The Simple Touches and Coffee & Contracts have shared the same philosophy about real estate marketing since 2023. That alignment is worth protecting.
